2. Affected Applications
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications developed by Tangram Game Studio, including Block Logic, available on the App Store and Google Play.
3. Personal Data We Collect
3.1. Automatically Collected Data
When you use our applications, we automatically collect the following information:
- Device identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), unique device identifier

3.2. Data Collected by Firebase
We use Google Firebase for analytics and application functionality. Firebase collects:

- Application installation identifiers

3.3. Data Collected by Google AdMob
Our applications may display advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob collects:

3.4. Game Data
Your progress, high scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud or Google Play Games synchronization, this data is stored in your personal account, to which we do not have direct access.
4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal bases under GDPR:
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): For the use of Firebase Analytics and AdMob, we request your explicit consent when you first launch the application.
- Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): To provide you with the gaming service and basic application functionalities.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): To improve the application, detect errors, and prevent fraud.

6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred and processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically in the United States, where Google's servers (Firebase and AdMob) are located.
These transfers are made under appropriate safeguards under GDPR:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission
- Privacy Shield certification (where applicable) or equivalent mechanisms
Google is committed to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and commits to comply with European data protection standards.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the following periods:
- Analytics data (Firebase): Up to 14 months from the last interaction with the application
- Advertising data (AdMob): According to Google AdMob retention policy (generally up to 2 years)
- Game data: While the application is installed on your device
- Logs and errors: Up to 90 days
Once these periods have ended, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
